Welcome to - The Education Through Restoration Project (ETR)
As a direct result of a successful partnership between The
Monmouthshire, Brecon and Abergavenny Canals Trust (MBACT) and Newport City Council £750,000 has been secured from The Heritage Lottery Fund and other funding bodies for the restoration of two pairs of locks on the Cefn Filght at Fourteen Locks.
Follow the work in progress through 'The Education Through Restoration
Project' (ETR) and take advantage of exciting learning opportunities
as Locks 17 - 20 are restored.
